Bianca & James

Bianca and James met one summer’s evening at the Rock Hotel in Gibraltar. Not one to usually arrive late, James joined the party just after everyone had sat down for dinner. The table with his friends was full. As ‘lady-luck’ (pun intended), would have it, he was able to find a table with an empty chair. Overwhelmed with relief after overcoming the awkward ‘I have nowhere to sit’ scenario, he soon realised that sat to his left was Bianca (and no, he cannot remember who was sat to his right). 

From that evening onwards, they kept in touch, frequently speaking, occasionally coinciding at the gym, and after a few weeks of thinking he was running the risk of being seriously ‘friend-zoned,’ James plucked up the courage to ask Bianca out.

Eventually, after realising that they were spending more time together, it was time for the all-important trip to La Chimenea, where over some canapés, a bottle of Pago de Carraovejas, and the oh so quintessential Mini-hamburguesas and Delicias de Iberico, their relationship became official on 27th September 2018. For those of you who know James, did you really expect him to ask Bianca to be his girlfriend anywhere else?! 

The rest, as they say, is history. Almost five years to the date after they became ‘official’, and compiling a collection of memories and milestones (including their engagement at Moraine Lake), the couple cannot wait to celebrate their wedding day amongst their nearest and dearest and hope you will be able to join them on this special day.
